Requirements
- Previous Front Office or reception experience in a hotel or resort.
- Fluent Russian and English speaker is required.
- Strong communication and guest service skills.
- Knowledge of Opera is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- Assist guests with requests, inquiries, and concerns.
- Provide personalized service and support to Russian-speaking guests.
- Manage payments, room assignments, and guest information accurately.
- Promote Marriott Bonvoy and hotel services.
- Maintain Marriott service and Front Office standards.
