Fraser Suites Riyadh is seeking a Receptionist to ensure high standards of service delivery from guest arrival and check-in through check-out.
The role involves supporting guest experience, reservations, special requests, hotel information, and stay-related assistance.
What You Will Do
- Process check-in, check-out, guest registration, and related records accurately and according to hotel procedures.
- Handle reservation enquiries, flags, special requests, VIP reservations, amenities, and guest complaints.
- Maintain awareness of daily arrivals, accommodation needs, special requirements, and expected departures.
- Answer questions about hotel facilities and local tourist attractions.
- Maintain cash-float accountability and confidentiality of guest personal information.
- Assist guests with all matters relating to their stay.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience in a similar role and experience in a hotel reception environment.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a hands-on attitude.
- Passion for customer experience and ability to work as part of a collaborative team.
