Finance responsibilities
- Prepare the Fraser Suites Riyadh financial budget with the General Manager and Director of Sales and Marketing.
- Control operating expenses and manage cash flows to support financial objectives and business requirements.
- Manage the fixed asset register and control asset movement and disposal.
- Prepare monthly financial and management reports and conduct detailed business forecast analysis.
- Ensure effective accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and related staff systems.
- Prepare bank reconciliations daily and monthly.
- Maintain finance policies, procedures, and continuous improvement practices.
- Manage finance-related risk, crisis management, business continuity, and disaster recovery processes.
