The Finance Manager will join Fraser Suites Doha and manage and report on the financial performance of the business.
The role emphasizes cash flow management, cost control, profit enhancement, and risk management practices.
Compensation

Finance Responsibilities
- Prepare the financial budget in consultation with the General Manager and Director of Sales and Marketing.
- Submit the budget to Corporate Office and the Owner in the specified format.
- Control operating expenses to achieve financial objectives.
- Forecast and manage cash flows for efficient use of capital.
- Manage the fixed asset register and control asset movement and disposal.
- Liaise with legal advisors, consultants, and regulatory authorities on compliance matters.
- Prepare and submit monthly financial and management reports.
- Conduct detailed business forecast analysis.
- Maintain effective accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll systems.
- Prepare bank reconciliations daily and monthly.
- Ensure adherence to applicable finance policies and procedures.
- Manage risk processes covering crisis management, business continuity, disaster recovery, and finance information and asset security.
What We Are Looking For
- English-speaking capability is required.
- Experience in five-star hotels in Saudi Arabia is required.
- A tertiary accountancy qualification to degree standard and CPA completion are required.
- Prior hotel finance experience at management or senior management level is required.
- Knowledge of KSA financial regulations and laws is required.
- Experience in five-star hotels within KSA is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of KSA Zakat tax regulations is required.
- Experience managing government tax audits is required.
Systems and Skills
- Competency in ACCPAC, SAP, HIS Epitome, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Vingcard, and related hospitality software packages is required.
- Strong oral and written communication, organizational, and work-coordinating skills are required.
- The role requires handling multiple assignments, working with minimal supervision, meeting deadlines, and demonstrating ethics, honesty, and integrity.
