About the Role
The Reception Agent will deliver high standards of service to guests at Fraser Suites Riyadh in accordance with hotel service standards.
The role is part of Frasers Hospitality, a global serviced-apartment and hotel-residence operator.
What You Will Be Doing
- Deliver professional guest service, including check-in, check-out, enquiries, and stay assistance.
- Manage reservations by phone and email, including special requests and VIP arrangements.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Complete accurate registration and protect the confidentiality of guest information.
- Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain the cash float, reconcile daily, and follow hotel credit and payment policies.
- Prepare room discrepancy reports and coordinate updates with housekeeping.
- Report irregularities, including lost keys and operational issues.
- Support and train new staff, including on-the-job trainees and cross-trainees.
- Communicate with all departments and attend required meetings and training.
- Identify service improvements and follow safe work practices.
What We Are Looking For
- Previous hotel front-desk experience is required.
- Competence with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and a hotel property management system is required.
- Competent oral and written English communication skills are required.
- Strong organizational and work-coordinating skills are needed to handle multiple assignments and projects.
- A self-motivated, energetic, and proactive approach is required.
- Ability to work under pressure and on a shift schedule is required.
