About the Role

  • Epic Homes Real Estate is looking for an experienced Receptionist / Real Estate Administrator to join our growing team in Dubai.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day to day administrative operations while ensuring all property listings, paperwork, and transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, edit, and maintain high quality property listings on Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle.
  • Coordinate with brokers to collect required documents for listings and transactions.
  • Register with developers and maintain developer portals.
  • Handle property registrations and all related documentation.
  • Prepare and process Form A, Form B, Form F, and A2A (Agent to Agent) agreements.
  • Register contracts and transactions through the Dubai Land Department (DLD) / Dubai REST / Trakheesi systems.
  • Assign incoming leads to agents through the CRM.
  • Update and maintain the company CRM with accurate client, property, and transaction information.
  • Answer incoming calls, greet clients, and provide professional front desk reception services.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical records of all transactions and documentation.
  • Provide administrative support to management and the sales team.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai Real Estate Administration.
  • Previous experience working in a real estate brokerage in Dubai is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, Dubai Land Department (DLD), Dubai REST, Trakheesi, Developer registration portals.
  • Experience handling listing creation and property marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate transaction processes.
  • Experience using real estate CRM systems.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple tasks.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Professional appearance and customer focused attitude.
