About the Role
Epic Homes Real Estate Brokers is seeking a Listing Acquisition Executive to source quality property listings through cold calls, WhatsApp, and referrals. Responsibilities
- Work the DLD Green List daily to identify and contact property owners
- Make high volume cold calls to landlords and property owners
- Send WhatsApp messages and emails to potential listers
- Build and maintain a referral network to generate listing leads
- List properties on CRM to go on Bayut, Property Finder and Dubizzle once secured
- Follow up consistently with owners until listing is secured
- Maintain an updated database of all contacts and listing status
- Coordinate with the sales team to understand what inventory is needed most
- Target specific areas, property types and price ranges as directed
- Report daily on calls made, leads generated and listings secured
Requirements
- Experience in listing acquisition, telemarketing or real estate admin
- Comfortable making 50–100+ calls per day
- Strong follow up skills — persistent without being pushy
- Excellent communication in English (Arabic, Hindi or Russian a strong plus)
- Familiar with Dubai areas, property types and rental/sale market
- Knowledge of Bayut, Property Finder and Dubizzle preferred
- Self motivated, target driven and highly organised
- Own visa or husband sponsored visa preferred
- RERA card preferred but not mandatory

Role Overview
- This is a pure listing acquisition role — no sales, no admin, no distractions. Your one and only mission is to source as many quality property listings as possible for our sales team to work with.
