Responsibilities
- Manage patient registration, appointment scheduling, and front desk operations
- Handle medical insurance verification, approvals, coding, and claim coordination
- Perform medical billing and prepare PRF as needed
- Assist patients with insurance inquiries, referrals, lab reports, and clinic services
- Handle cash collections, ATM deposits, petty cash, receipt issuance, and daily reconciliations
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and other departments for seamless patient experience
Requirements

Overview
- We are currently hiring an experienced Receptionist / Patient Relations Executive (PRE) for a group of clinics located in Bur Dubai.
Requirements
- Prior experience in a healthcare clinic is mandatory.
- Comprehensive knowledge of medical insurance processes, including policy verification, approvals, coding, claim coordination, and liaison with insurance providers.
- Proficiency in patient registration, appointment scheduling, front desk operations, and delivering excellent customer service.
- Hands on experience in medical billing; familiarity with PRF preparation will be considered an advantage.
- Ability to ensure accurate billing, maintain patient records, and manage documentation in compliance with clinic policies.
- Experience in handling cash collections, ATM deposits, petty cash, receipt issuance, and daily financial reconciliations.
- Capable of assisting patients with insurance related inquiries, referrals, laboratory reports, clinic services, and other administrative documentation.
- Strong coordination skills to work effectively with doctors, nursing staff, and other departments to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities, with a high level of professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality in handling patient information and administrative responsibilities.
