Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist VIP guests with professional, personalized service, ensuring an exceptional hospitality experience
- Manage VIP reservations, check ins, seating arrangements, guest inquiries, and special requests efficiently and discreetly
- Coordinate with operational, service, and management teams to ensure seamless VIP experiences, special events, and private functions
- Handle guest concerns professionally while maintaining confidentiality, high grooming standards, and the presentation of the VIP reception area
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants, VIP lounges, or premium hospitality environments
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Additional languages such as Russian, French, or other European languages considered a strong advantage
- Ability to handle VIP and high profile guests with professionalism, discretion, and confidence

Job Description
- Welcome and assist VIP guests with professional, personalized service, ensuring an exceptional hospitality experience.
- Manage VIP reservations, check ins, seating arrangements, guest inquiries, and special requests efficiently and discreetly.
- Coordinate with operational, service, and management teams to ensure seamless VIP experiences, special events, and private functions.
