Serve as the luxury cafe's receptionist and hostess, managing the guest experience from arrival through departure.
Create a sophisticated first impression while handling reservations, dining flow, and guest service standards.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and farewell all guests with warmth, elegance, and professionalism.
- Manage table reservations and digital waitlist systems to optimize seating flow.
- Handle guest inquiries, booking requests, and special arrangements.
- Maintain the reception area, entrance, and waiting lounge to impeccable standards.
- Coordinate seating distribution, VIP arrivals, large groups, and special occasions.
- Address seating and reservation concerns while serving as a brand and menu ambassador.
- Support management with reservation sheets and guest correspondence filing.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience in a high-profile customer-facing role, including hostess, customer service, receptionist, luxury retail, or hotel front office.
- Professional and polished interpersonal and communication skills with telephone and email etiquette.
- Proficiency with digital reservation systems and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English is mandatory for serving an international clientele.
- Arabic proficiency is highly preferred but not required.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay is QAR 3,000 to QAR 3,500 per month, based on knowledge and experience.
- Company-provided shared accommodation, transportation to and from work, and one duty meal are included.
Work Location
- Work is performed in person.
