- Warmly welcome customers upon their arrival
- Inform assigned Therapist/Stylist of customer arrival
- Answer the phone and schedule appointments
- Call or send messages to confirm appointments
- Represent the salon to the highest level of professionalism
- Follow up with clients for booking future appointments
- Process transactions (cash and credit cards) and issue receipts
- Welcome walk ins, answer questions about services and schedule appointments
- Inform clients about new services and discounts
- Cross sell services and products when appropriate
- Maintain a tidy reception area
- Maintain records and files, especially sales reports and staff attendance

Duties
- Warmly welcome customers upon their arrival.
- Inform assigned Therapist/Stylist of their arrival.
- Answering the phone and following Juice’s phone protocol when answering the phone and scheduling appointments for all stylists and therapists is the main job duty. Calling or sending messages to confirm the appointments is part of the job.
- Ensure that you represent the salon to the highest level of professionalism. A friendly smile and a pleasant nature to make clients feel welcome and at home.
- Follow up with clients for booking future appointments.
- Process transactions (cash and credit cards) and issue receipts.
- Welcome walk ins, answer questions about services and schedule appointments based on availability.
- Inform clients about new services and discounts.
- Cross sell services and products when appropriate (e.g. through packages, Membership and gift cards).
- Maintain a tidy reception area.
- Needs to be familiar with the services and products that the salon offers in order to answer various questions that clients will have.
- Maintains records and files, especially sales reports and staff attendance.
Pay
- Pay: AED2,800.00 AED3,000.00 per month
