About the Role

Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating with government agencies and relevant authorities for company and employee related requirements
- Support the processing, submission, follow up, and collection of official documents as instructed
- Assist with employee onboarding, mobilization, and administrative support
- Coordinate professionally with female employees regarding airport pick up, drop off, accommodation movement, or other approved work related transportation needs
- Support airport pick up and drop off of employees from airport to accommodation when required
- Maintain proper records of documents, requests, and follow up actions
- Coordinate with HR, Admin, and Operations teams to ensure smooth employee support
- Assist with scheduled errands, document delivery, and government related follow ups
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information at all times
- Be flexible to work different scheduled hours depending on operational requirements
Requirements
- Saudi National
- Valid driving license
- Previous experience working or coordinating with government agencies
- Familiar with employee support, administrative coordination, or PRO related tasks
- Able to coordinate professionally and respectfully with female employees
- Flexible with scheduled working hours when required
- Able to assist with airport pick up and drop off
- Organized, responsible, and dependable
- Good communication and follow up skills
- Basic English communication is an advantage
