Responsibilities
- Perform hair washing, blow drying, and basic styling services
- Assist in haircuts, hair coloring, highlights, balayage, treatments, and other technical services as directed by Senior Hair Stylists
- Recommend suitable hair care products and home care routines to clients
- Welcome clients warmly and maintain a friendly, professional attitude
- Prepare workstations and maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and salon areas
- Promote salon services, memberships, retail products, and ongoing promotions
Requirements
- Certificate or Diploma in Hairdressing or related field preferred
- Previous salon experience is an advantage but not mandatory
- Basic knowledge of hair cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments
- Strong willingness to learn and develop professionally
- 2 years of experience as Junior Hair Stylist (required)

Job Summary
- The Junior Hair Stylist supports the salon team by delivering high quality hair services while continuously developing technical skills under the guidance of senior stylists.
- The role focuses on providing excellent customer service, maintaining salon standards, and ensuring every client enjoys a professional and welcoming experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform hair washing, blow drying, and basic styling services.
- Assist in haircuts, hair coloring, highlights, balayage, treatments, and other technical services as directed by Senior Hair Stylists.
- Carry out basic haircutting and styling services within competency level.
- Recommend suitable hair care products and home care routines to clients.
- Ensure all services are performed according to company standards and hygiene protocols.
- Welcome clients warmly and maintain a friendly, professional attitude.
- Conduct basic client consultations to understand service expectations.
- Build positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits.
- Resolve minor client concerns professionally and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Prepare workstations before and after each client.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools, equipment, and salon areas.
- Ensure sufficient stock of products and notify management of low inventory.
Qualifications
- Certificate or Diploma in Hairdressing or a related field is preferred.
- Previous salon experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Fresh graduates from accredited hair academies are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of hair cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments.
- Strong willingness to learn and develop professionally.
Pay
- AED 4,200.00 per month
