Job Summary

  • We are seeking a friendly, professional, and well presented Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, welcoming visitors, handling calls, and providing administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes as required.
  • Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, photocopying, and document preparation.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth communication.
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and other administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Perform other duties as directed by management.
