Job Summary
We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our hospitality and catering operations.
The ideal candidate will manage front desk activities, handle guest inquiries, and support administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff in a professional manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails
- Manage front desk operations and maintain a tidy reception area
- Handle booking inquiries, reservations, and customer requests
- Coordinate with internal departments (operations, catering, HR, etc.)
- Maintain records, logs, and basic documentation
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling
- Receive and distribute mail and deliveries
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest experience at all times
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role (preferably in hospitality/catering)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage)
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in hospitality, catering, or facilities management industry
