- Investigate non compliance, food safety incidents, and customer complaints, ensuring corrective and preventive actions
- Liaise with local authorities, regulatory bodies, and clients on all food safety and hygiene matters
- Maintain robust documentation, reporting, and record keeping systems
- Collaborate with operations, quality assurance, and HSE teams to drive a food safety culture
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance hygiene standards and minimize risks
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Public Health, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Professional certifications: HACCP Level 4, ISO 22000, NEBOSH Food Safety, etc.
- Minimum 8–10 years’ experience in food safety and hygiene, with at least 4 years in a senior management role within large scale catering or industrial food operations
- Strong knowledge of international food safety standards, audits, and compliance frameworks
- Excellent leadership, communication, and training skills
- Ability to manage multiple catering sites and high volume operations
