Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Facilities Management sector
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, client meetings, and market research
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and commercial offers to prospective clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, consultants, and stakeholders
- Coordinate with operations and technical teams to develop tailored service solutions
- Participate in tendering, prequalification, and contract negotiations
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client requirements
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of business development activities and client interactions
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales within Facilities Management in Qatar
- Strong understanding of FM services (Hard FM, Soft FM, Integrated FM)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

Job Summary
- Elegancia Services seeks a Business Development Executive for Facilities Management in Doha.

Requirements

- Experience in preparing commercial proposals and tender submissions.
- Strong client management and relationship building abilities.
