- Manage and administer FM contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations
- Review contract terms, identify risks, and support mitigation strategies
- Coordinate preparation of commercial proposals, tenders, and contract submissions
- Monitor project costs, budgets, invoices, variations, and payment applications
- Support claims management, contract negotiations, and dispute resolution
- Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders on contractual and commercial matters
- Maintain contract records, reports, and commercial documentation
- Assist in preparing monthly commercial reports and project performance analysis
- Ensure adherence to company policies and Qatar regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 8 years of experience in Contracts & Commercial functions within Facilities Management, Maintenance, or Construction industries
- Strong knowledge of contract administration, commercial management, and tendering processes
- Experience in handling variations, claims, cost control, and contract documentation
- Proficiency in MS Office and contract management systems
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Qatar experience preferred

Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Senior Contracts & Commercial Coordinator to join our Facilities Management team in Qatar.
