Position overview
Abu Alnaga Group is hiring a professional and experienced Receptionist in Dubai, UAE.
The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for the company and help create a positive and welcoming environment for visitors and clients.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls efficiently.
- Handle scheduling, filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Coordinate with internal departments when required.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to handle pressure and work independently.
- Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail.
- Arabic language ability is preferred.
