Job Summary
Process payroll accurately and on time while maintaining employee records.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Responsibilities
- Process monthly payroll accurately and efficiently.
- Calculate salaries, overtime, deductions, commissions, and benefits.
- Maintain and update employee payroll records.
- Prepare payroll reports and reconciliations.
- Coordinate with HR and Finance regarding employee changes.
- Handle payroll-related employee inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
- Support end-of-service benefit calculations and leave management.
Requirements
- Previous experience in payroll, HR, accounting, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes and systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Experience in UAE payroll processing is an advantage.

Compensation
