- Coordinate courier services, manage mail distribution, and monitor office supplies
- Provide administrative support to senior management during PA absence

- Experience in front desk, reception, or administrative roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry
- Ability to join immediately

Front Desk and Client Interaction
- Welcome and assist arriving clients, high profile visitors, and corporate partners in an exceptionally courteous, warm, and professional manner.
- Handling incoming calls, sorting general email inquiries, and routing messages accurately.
- Schedule client appointments and manage executive meeting room bookings to avoid scheduling conflicts.
- Maintain a pristine, highly organized, and professional reception area at all times.
Administrative and Operational Support
- Support the Operations, Human Resources and Finance teams with document handling, digital data entry, scanning, and physical filing.
- Coordinate external courier services, manage incoming/outgoing mail distribution, and monitor office supply/pantry inventories.
- Ensure strict adherence to internal document control procedures and corporate administrative best practices.
Executive Support (PA Coverage)
- Provide seamless administrative support to senior management during the scheduled absence of the Executive/Personal Assistant.
- Assist with calendar adjustments, executive meeting setups, and urgent travel coordination when required.
Coordination and Communication
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth operational workflow and clear communication lines.
- Actively follow up with clients, utility vendors, and service providers regarding administrative issues as requested.
