A leading marketing company in Al-Nahda, Sharjah is seeking an organized and proactive Receptionist cum Admin Assistant to serve as the first point of contact and provide administrative support.

- Warmly welcome clients, visitors, and partners
- Manage the main telephone line, direct calls, and take accurate messages
- Handle incoming and outgoing couriers and manage office correspondence
- Maintain a highly structured filing system (digital and physical)
- Monitor and order office supplies, ensure meeting rooms are prepared and tidy
- Assist with scheduling appointments
- Help prepare basic documents, update client databases, and assist with daily operational paperwork
Requirements
- Current resident of Al Nahda, Sharjah
- Minimum 2 years of experience in receptionist, front desk, or administrative assistant role
- Valid independent UAE residence visa
- Fluent in English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

The Role

Candidate Requirements
- Must be a current resident of Al Nahda, Sharjah.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative assistant role.
- Must possess a valid, independent UAE residence visa (spouse, family, or transferable visa).
- Fluent in English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new digital tools quickly.
- Highly organised, honest, hard working, and capable of multitasking under minimal supervision.
