- Develop and execute business development strategies to acquire new clients across the UAE
- Identify, prospect and engage business owners, CEOs, Managing Directors and Marketing Managers
- Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, cold outreach, LinkedIn, business events and strategic prospecting
- Conduct client meetings to understand business objectives and digital requirements
- Present tailored website development and digital solutions that address client needs
- Prepare proposals, quotations and commercial presentations
- Negotiate contracts and successfully close new business opportunities
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Develop long term relationships that generate repeat business and referrals
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity and emerging digital technologies
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' Business Development or B2B Sales experience within the UAE
- A well established network of business contacts across the UAE
- Demonstrated success in acquiring new clients and consistently achieving sales targets
- Strong experience selling website development, digital solutions, software, technology services or related B2B services
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Confidence engaging with senior decision makers
- A proactive, target driven and results focused mindset
- Outstanding relationship building and networking abilities
- Strong commercial awareness and consultative selling skills
- Excellent spoken and written English
- A valid UAE Driving Licence is preferred
