Join a Growing Digital Solutions Company

  • A rapidly growing digital solutions company based in Dubai is looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to drive new business opportunities and expand its client portfolio across the UAE.
  • This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious sales professional with a strong network, a consultative sales approach and a proven track record of selling website development or technology solutions to businesses.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building relationships with key decision makers and securing new website development projects across multiple industries.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to acquire new clients across the UAE.
  • Identify, prospect and engage business owners, CEOs, Managing Directors and Marketing Managers.
  • Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, cold outreach, LinkedIn, business events and strategic prospecting.
  • Conduct client meetings to understand business objectives and digital requirements.
  • Present tailored website development and digital solutions that address client needs.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations and commercial presentations.
  • Negotiate contracts and successfully close new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Develop long term relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity and emerging digital technologies.

What We're Looking For

  • A minimum of 5 years' Business Development or B2B Sales experience within the UAE.
  • A well established network of business contacts across the UAE.
  • Demonstrated success in acquiring new clients and consistently achieving sales targets.
  • Strong experience selling website development, digital solutions, software, technology services or related B2B services.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Confidence engaging with senior decision makers.
  • A proactive, target driven and results focused mindset.
  • Outstanding relationship building and networking abilities.
  • Strong commercial awareness and consultative selling skills.
  • A professional appearance with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
  • Excellent spoken and written English. Additional languages are advantageous.

Preferred Industry Experience

  • Candidates with existing relationships or sales experience within any of the following sectors will be highly regarded: Real Estate, Construction, Interior Design, Hospitality, Restaurants and Cafés, Healthcare, Dental Clinics, Aesthetic Clinics, Medical Centres, Nurseries, Schools and Education, Fi
