We are currently hiring an

Admin Cum Receptionist

for a permanent opportunity based in Dubai need someone who is immediately available to join.

Role Overview

The role involves managing front desk operations while providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning.

Requirements

  • Female candidate preferred
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in administrative and reception roles
  • Immediately available to join
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in handling front desk operations, call handling, scheduling, correspondence, and general office administration
  • Ability to work in a 6-day work week environment
  • Due to nature of job Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
