- **Call Management:** Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls to the appropriate department or take accurate messages.
- **Visitor Management:** Welcome guests, determine the nature of their visit, and notify the relevant employee or host.
- **General Inquiries:** Respond to queries in-person, via email, or by phone, providing accurate information regarding the business.
- **Mail & Deliveries:** Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and packages.
- **Scheduling & Calendars:** Book appointments, schedule meetings, and coordinate conference room reservations.
- **Office Maintenance:** Maintain a tidy reception area, and monitor and restock office and kitchen supplies.
- **Clerical Tasks:** Assist with filing, data entry, photocopying, faxing, and preparing documents.
