Overview

  • **Call Management:** Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls to the appropriate department or take accurate messages.
  • **Visitor Management:** Welcome guests, determine the nature of their visit, and notify the relevant employee or host.
  • **General Inquiries:** Respond to queries in-person, via email, or by phone, providing accurate information regarding the business.
  • **Mail & Deliveries:** Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and packages.
  • **Scheduling & Calendars:** Book appointments, schedule meetings, and coordinate conference room reservations.
