- **Operations Oversight:** Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions.
- **Financial Reporting:** Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- **Closing Procedures:** Lead the month-end and year-end close processes to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- **Compliance & Audit:** Ensure compliance with GAAP or IFRS standards and assist with internal/external audits.
- **Internal Controls:** Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and internal controls to ensure data integrity.

Required Skills And Qualifications
- **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- **Experience:** Proven experience as an Accounting Manager, Supervisor, or senior-level accountant.
- **Technical Skills:** Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, SAP) and MS Excel.
- **Analytical Abilities:** Excellent analytical and numerical skills to analyze data and financial reports.
- **Leadership:** Demonstrated leadership and staff management capabilities.
- **Certification:** CPA or CMA designation is often preferred or required. Accounting.com +6
