- Assist in applying and adhering to strict brand guidelines across various formats and sizes
- Prepare and optimize print ready or web ready files (correct sizing, formatting, versioning)
- Brainstorm with the design or marketing team and implement feedback from Senior Designers or Art Directors
- Maintain and organize design files, asset libraries, and digital templates for team use
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is often preferred
- Strong working knowledge of standard design software
- Knowledge of motion design tools (like After Effects) or presentation software (like PowerPoint) is highly advantageous
- An entry to mid level creative portfolio showcasing understanding of typography, layout, color, and visual storytelling
- Strong time management, adaptability, and the ability to accept constructive feedback positively
