About the Role

- Welcome clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and property viewings.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and documents.
- Coordinate with real estate agents regarding appointments and client inquiries.
- Order and manage office supplies.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
- Handle basic customer inquiries and direct complex issues to the appropriate team members.
Requirements
- Immediate joiner is a must
- Bachelors degree or relevant qualifications.
- Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or administrative assistant, preferably in real estate in Abu Dhabi.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
- Professional appearance and customer focused attitude.
