Job Summary

  • We are seeking a professional, friendly, and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and business partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and property viewings.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and documents.
  • Coordinate with real estate agents regarding appointments and client inquiries.
  • Order and manage office supplies.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
  • Handle basic customer inquiries and direct complex issues to the appropriate team members.

Qualifications

  • Immediate joiner is a must
  • Bachelors degree or relevant qualifications.
  • Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or administrative assistant, preferably in real estate in Abu Dhabi.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
  • Professional appearance and customer focused attitude.
