About the Role
HRE DEVELOPMENT is seeking a Public Relations Officer (PRO) in Dubai to manage government transactions and ensure compliance with UAE labor and immigration regulations. Requires 3-5 years UAE PRO experience and knowledge of MOHRE, ICP, and GDRFA portals.

Responsibilities
- Process employment visas, work permits, labor contracts, residency permits, status changes, and visa renewals
- Manage employee applications and company transactions through UAE government portals (MOHRE, ICP, GDRFA)
- Handle labor and immigration compliance requirements and maintain up to date knowledge of UAE regulations
- Coordinate with government departments, free zones, municipalities, and other regulatory authorities
- Process trade license renewals, establishment card renewals, immigration card renewals, and other corporate documentation
- Manage onboarding and offboarding formalities, including labor cancellations and visa cancellations
- Monitor document expiry dates and ensure timely renewals
- Maintain accurate employee and company records
- Support employees with government related procedures and documentation requirements
- Manage and monitor company compliance with UAE Emiratization requirements and targets
- Process registrations and updates related to the UAE pension system
- Ensure compliance with GPSSA requirements for UAE national employees
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 3–5 years of UAE PRO/Government Relations experience
- Strong working knowledge of MOHRE, ICP, and GDRFA online systems and procedures
- Can join immediately
- Knowledge of UAE labor law, immigration regulations, Emiratization policies, and GPSSA requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and documentation management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Arabic language skills are an advantage
- Valid UAE driving license preferred

Job Summary
- The Public Relations Officer (PRO) is responsible for managing all government related transactions and ensuring compliance with UAE labor, immigration, and corporate regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Process employment visas, work permits, labor contracts, residency permits, status changes, and visa renewals.

- Coordinate Emirati hiring processes and maintain relevant records.
- Process registrations and updates related to the UAE pension system.
- Ensure compliance with requirements of the General Pension and Social Security Authority (GPSSA) for UAE national employees.
- Prepare and submit pension related documentation and reports as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3–5 years of UAE PRO/Government Relations experience.
- Strong working knowledge of MOHRE, ICP, and GDRFA online systems and procedures.
- Important: Can join Immediately.
- Knowledge of UAE labor law, immigration regulations, Emiratization policies, and GPSSA requirements.
