The Opportunity
Boehringer Ingelheim is seeking a Receptionist based in Riyadh.
The role provides administrative support, serves as the first point of contact for employees and visitors, and supports smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
The position reports to the Head of Finance and Administration and is an outsourced position.
Reception and Administration
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls, mail, packages, visitor records, access-system entries, and visitor badges.
- Provide appointment scheduling and phone-management support.
- Maintain, organize, and file documents and manage key issuance to authorized persons.
- Manage office supplies inventory and order replacements.
- Assist with office projects and oversee data entry into various systems.
