The Position
Boehringer Ingelheim is seeking a Controller for the SAGEA region covering Saudi Arabia, the Gulf, and East Africa.
The Controller will be based in Riyadh and report to the SAGEA Head of Finance and Accounting.
The role provides support across planning, reporting, business partnering, and controlling.
Planning and Budget Process
- Communicate planning guidelines, timelines, targets, and relevant data to stakeholders.
- Provide financial impact analysis of assumptions and support review meetings with overviews, analysis, and business support.
- Ensure timely submission of data in the appropriate systems.
Business Partnering
- Implement and execute guidance from the regional controlling team.
- Provide operational support through pricing, discount, and profitability analysis.
- Make cost optimization and partnership recommendations.
- Collect and interpret data for decision-making and connect relevant functions to improve communication and process efficiency.
