The Position
Boehringer Ingelheim is seeking a Controller for the SAGEA region, covering Saudi Arabia, Gulf, and East Africa.
The role is based in Riyadh and reports to the SAGEA Head of Finance and Administration.
Planning and Business Partnering
- Support planning, reporting, business partnering, and controlling activities.
- Communicate planning guidelines, timelines, targets, and relevant data to stakeholders.
- Provide financial impact analysis and support planning review meetings.
- Implement regional controlling guidance and provide pricing, discount, profitability, and cost optimization analysis.
- Collect data for decision-making and connect relevant functions to improve communication and process efficiency.
Reporting and Closing
- Process accurate accruals and provisions in financial ledgers.
- Coordinate data collection from relevant resources.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting in accordance with corporate policies.
- Perform month-end routines, checks, reconciliations, and analysis.
- Provide periodic financial information and comments to management.
