We are looking for a professional, well-presented, and highly organized **Reception & Client Relations Officer** to manage guest welcoming, client reception, VIP handling, and official visitor coordination.
This role is focused on hospitality, guest experience, client relations, and professional representation, ensuring all visitors and VIP guests are received with professionalism, respect, and high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and receive VIP guests, clients, partners, and official visitors.
- Represent the company in a professional, respectful, and elegant manner.
- Handle VIP guests and ensure they receive a smooth and premium experience.
- Greet clients and visitors warmly and guide them appropriately.
- Coordinate guest reception arrangements before and during visits.
- Prepare the welcoming experience, including refreshments, seating, meeting room readiness, and guest comfort.
- Ensure guests are escorted and attended to during their visit.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure guests and clients are received properly.
- Support company representation during meetings, official visits, exhibitions, events, and ceremonies.
- Maintain high standards of hospitality, etiquette, and confidentiality.
- Ensure all guest-facing areas are presentable and aligned with company standards.
- Handle guest and client communication professionally when required.
- Manage front desk and reception activities professionally.
Requirements
- Arabic speaker with strong English communication skills.
- Female candidates are preferred for this position.
- Previous experience in reception, VIP guest relations, client relations, hospitality, customer service, events, or similar client-facing roles is preferred.
- Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to deal with VIP guests and senior-level clients.
- Polite, confident, calm, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Good understanding of UAE business culture, etiquette, and hospitality standards.
- UAE experience is an advantage.
