Responsibilities
- Handle communication and coordination with banks regarding large value transactions, transfers, deposits, and financial facilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, auditors, and external advisors
- Manage cash flow, liquidity, working capital, and financial planning
- Prepare financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and management reports
- Review and approve payments, bank transfers, vendor payments, and financial documentation
- Ensure proper documentation for large transactions, including bank requirements, compliance documents, KYC, AML, and supporting records
- Negotiate banking terms, credit facilities, loans, guarantees, letters of credit, and other financial instruments when required
- Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations, tax requirements, VAT, and internal financial policies
- Coordinate with auditors for annual audits and financial statements
- Identify financial risks and recommend solutions to protect the company's interests
- Support senior management in financial decision making and investment planning
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 7 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 4 years in a managerial role
- Strong experience dealing directly with banks and handling high value financial transactions
- Good knowledge of UAE banking procedures, compliance requirements, VAT, and financial regulations
- Strong understanding of cash flow management, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Ability to negotiate with banks and financial institutions
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem solving skills
- High level of confidentiality, accuracy, and responsibility
- Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel
- Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, or MBA is an advantage

Job Summary

- The ideal candidate must have strong experience dealing with banks, managing large payment amounts, negotiating banking facilities, and ensuring all financial activities are handled accurately, securely, and in compliance with regulations.
