The role is responsible for providing front-desk support for the GHQ office as well as providing administrative support as needed to the broader leadership team at the site.

This role will be the first point of contact for all visitors to the office.

The position will be fully onsite.

Responsibilities

Greet customers, visitors and colleagues.
Provide a consistent point of contact for all GHQ office colleagues.
Actively manage physical access credentials and office security for GHQ and assist with other global sites.
Work collaboratively with various business groups to develop and maintain effective office management procedures
Actively manage conference rooms and provide assistance as required.
Assist with Concur travel program
Provide ongoing support to internal business groups as required.

Basic Qualifications

Strong customer service skills

Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint
Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds (case of paper, packages etc.)
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet stated deadlines
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a variety of individuals, both internal and external
Self-starter, able to motivate oneself and team members
