Responsibilities:
- Build financial models that help evaluate M&A, venture investment, joint venture, and strategic growth opportunities.
- Assess financial and operational impact, including synergies, cash flow implications, capital requirements, and key value drivers.
- Research industries, markets, companies, and competitors to help identify, screen, and evaluate potential opportunities.
- Contribute to the transaction process from initial evaluation and due diligence through structuring, closing, and post-investment tracking.
- Partner with internal teams and external advisors to support due diligence, financial analysis, and issue identification.
- Create clear, executive-ready investment memoranda, presentations, business profiles, and analytical materials for senior leaders and investment committees.
- Bring ownership, intellectual curiosity, sound judgment, and strong attention to detail while growing your responsibility and impact over time.

Qualifications:
- Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in investment banking (M&A preferred), corporate development, or other related finance role
- Solid understanding of financial statements, accounting fundamentals, and valuation methodologies (DCF, comparable companies, precedent transactions, and returns analysis)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with strong working knowledge of PowerPoint and Word
- Ability to build accurate, well-structured financial and operating models and translate results into clear business recommendations
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare and present materials for senior stakeholders
