Requirements
- Native level fluency in French (mandatory); professional proficiency in English required
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Trainer within the Dubai real estate market
- Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate regulations, sales processes, off plan and secondary markets
- Previous hands on experience in Dubai real estate sales preferred
- Excellent presentation, coaching, and communication skills
- Ability to design engaging training materials and deliver both theoretical and practical sessions
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital learning tools
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field preferred

Role Description
- The Real Estate Trainer – French Speaker will be responsible for designing and delivering high quality training programs focused on Dubai's real estate market, industry practices, sales processes, and regulatory requirements for French speaking brokers.
- This is a full time, on site position based in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver high quality training programs focused on Dubai's real estate market, industry practices, sales processes, and regulatory requirements for French speaking brokers.
- Develop and continuously update training materials.
- Manage group learning sessions and provide one on one coaching to enhance employees' knowledge, sales performance, and professional development.
- Work closely with top management, middle management, sales consultants, and other internal stakeholders to identify training needs and ensure learning initiatives align with business objectives.
- Prepare lesson plans, conduct business cases and practical workshops, evaluate participants' progress, monitor training effectiveness, and report outcomes.
- Stay up to date with Dubai real estate market trends, and new project launches to ensure training content remains accurate, relevant, and aligned with industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Native level fluency in French (mandatory); professional proficiency in English is required.
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Trainer within the Dubai real estate market is essential.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate regulations, sales processes, off plan and secondary markets, developers, and industry best practices.
- Previous hands on experience in Dubai real estate sales is preferred.
- Excellent presentation, coaching, and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural, fast paced environment.
- Ability to design engaging training materials and deliver both theoretical based and practical learning sessions.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital learning tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field is preferred.
