Overview

We are looking for an experienced and driven Real Estate Team Leader with a strong recruitment-led mindset to build, manage, and grow a high-performing sales team.

This role requires a leader who can actively recruit brokers, train new joiners, and drive consistent sales performance, while contributing directly to company revenue.

Team Recruitment & Growth

  • Actively source, interview, and hire real estate brokers
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates
  • Achieve monthly hiring targets and expand team headcount

Training & Development

  • Onboard and train new brokers on processes, scripts, and systems
  • Provide ongoing coaching, motivation, and performance support
  • Ensure new joiners become productive quickly

Sales Leadership

  • Drive team sales performance and revenue generation
  • Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets
  • Monitor KPIs (calls, leads, viewings, deals)
  • Lead from the front by closing deals when required

Team Management & Culture

  • Conduct daily meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews
  • Build a high-energy, accountable, and positive team environment
  • Improve retention and team stability

Requirements

  • Experience in working on a team leader role
  • 3-6 years of experience in Dubai real estate
  • Proven experience in team handling and recruitment
  • Strong track record in coaching and scaling teams
  • Ability to train and manage brokers effectively
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and motivational skills
  • Strong network within the real estate industry
