Role Description
We are seeking a Real Estate Sales Manager to join our team full-time at our Riyadh office.
In this on-site role, you will oversee sales strategies for our real estate projects, manage client relationships, and lead a team of sales professionals to achieve organizational targets.
Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting for clients, coordinating property tours, negotiating contracts, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction while adhering to company goals and values.
Qualifications
- Holds a valid Real Estate License and possesses strong knowledge of Real Estate principles
- Demonstrates excellent Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Proven experience in Sales, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Familiarity with managing and negotiating Real Property transactions
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience in team management or supervisory roles is a plus
- Proficiency in relevant software and real estate tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
