Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Real Estate Marketing Manager for a full-time, on-site position in Riyadh.

The Marketing Manager will develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote Masan’s real estate projects.

Responsibilities include managing digital and traditional marketing campaigns, conducting market research, developing branding strategies, overseeing content creation, and collaborating with sales teams to drive lead generation and customer engagement.

The role also involves monitoring marketing performance metrics and identifying new market trends to optimize future strategies.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Digital Marketing, Social Media Strategy, and Campaign Management
  • Skills in Branding, Advertising, and Real Estate-specific Marketing
  • Experience in Market Research and developing actionable insights
  • Proficiency in Content Creation, Copywriting, and Editing
  • Understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and data analytics tools
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Experience in the real estate sector or luxury property marketing is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
