Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Design Lead and Project Manager to join our on-site team in Riyadh.
The role involves overseeing design processes, managing projects from concept to completion, and ensuring they align with the company’s quality and sustainability standards.
Responsibilities include leading project planning, budget development, and resource allocation, as well as facilitating effective communication across teams and stakeholders.
The individual will play a key role in coordinating design and project management activities to meet deadlines and deliver excellence in every project.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Design Management, with the ability to lead and oversee all aspects of design execution
- Strong skills in Project Management and Project Planning for successful planning, monitoring, and delivery
- Experience in Budgeting, including cost estimation and financial oversight
- Excellent Communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams, clients, and stakeholders
- Ability to work on-site in Riyadh as part of a dedicated and dynamic team
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Design, Project Management, or a related field
- Proficiency in design software tools and project management platforms is an advantage
- Proven experience managing end-to-end real estate or development projects is preferred
