Role Overview
The company is hiring an experienced Real Estate Sales Manager for its Primary Sales division.
The role focuses on leading a sales team, achieving revenue targets, developing sales strategies, and managing client and developer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to achieve targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies.
- Monitor sales pipelines, KPIs, forecasts, and team performance.
- Identify new business opportunities and build client and developer relationships.
- Train and guide the team to improve performance.
- Collaborate with Marketing to maximise lead generation and conversion.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
- Prepare sales reports and performance updates for senior management.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is required.
- At least five years of real estate sales experience is required.
- Candidates must have a proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are required.
- Experience with CRM systems, pipeline management, and sales reporting is required.
- The role requires a results-driven approach in a fast-paced environment.
Location and Workplace
- The position is based at St. Regis Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi, UAE.
- The work location is in person.
- The job is full-time.
Compensation
- The posting states pay from AED 100 per month.
