The role is a Real Estate Sales Manager in the Primary Sales division.

The role focuses on sales performance, revenue targets, sales strategies, and relationships with clients and developers.
Location
- The role is based at St. Regis Saadiyat Island in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
- The work location is in person.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to achieve targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Monitor sales pipelines, KPIs, forecasts, and team performance.
- Identify new business opportunities and build client and developer relationships.
- Provide training and guidance to improve team performance.
- Collaborate with Marketing to maximize lead generation and conversion.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare sales reports and performance updates for senior management.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is required.
- A minimum of 5 years of real estate sales experience is required.
- A proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets is required.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are required.
- Experience with CRM systems, pipeline management, and sales reporting is required.
- The candidate must be results-driven and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation
- Pay is from AED 100 per month.
