About the Role
Continental Middle East Properties is seeking a Real Estate Sales Manager in Abu Dhabi to lead the sales team, manage lead conversion, and ensure listing quality. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of real estate sales experience with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role, and deep CRM expertise.

- Maintain absolute knowledge of all new off plan launches, developer payment plans, and market trends to coach the team
- Act as a working supervisor who steps in to help agents close deals, handle VIP clients, and resolve objections
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of successful real estate sales experience
- At least 1–2 years in a leadership or managerial role
- Demonstrated history of hitting sales targets and closing deals in both secondary and off plan markets
- Deep expertise in managing sales pipelines within real estate CRMs
- Hands on mentor with exceptional negotiation, communication, and team motivating skills

Key Responsibilities

Requirements & Qualifications
- Industry Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of successful real estate sales experience, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated history of hitting sales targets and closing deals in both secondary and off plan markets.
- Lead & CRM Mastery: Deep expertise in managing sales pipelines within real estate CRMs.
