Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain property listings through the Madhmoun System
- Create, upload, update, and remove property listings on Bayut, Property Finder, and Dubizzle
- Monitor market trends and property prices to ensure listing accuracy and competitiveness
- Coordinate with the Listing Team to verify and update property information and pricing
- Optimize property listings to improve visibility and generate high quality leads
- Distribute leads to sales agents through the Bitrix CRM system
- Track listing performance and prepare regular reports for management
- Ensure all listings comply with portal guidelines and company standards
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support business objectives
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience managing real estate listings on Bayut and Property Finder
- Good knowledge of the Madhmoun System
- Experience using Bitrix CRM or a similar CRM platform
- Strong understanding of the UAE real estate market and property pricing
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast paced environment

Job Purpose
- The Portals Specialist will be responsible for managing property listings across online real estate portals, ensuring accuracy, visibility, and lead generation performance across all marketing platforms.
Key Responsibilities
