- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
- Maintain employee records and ensure accurate HR documentation
- Administer employee benefits, attendance, leave, and other HR processes
- Support performance management, employee engagement, and learning & development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Provide day to day HR support and serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries
- Handle administrative tasks, including developer registrations and follow up correspondence via email
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Human Resources
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Fluency in English is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and problem solving abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment

Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Human Resources.
- Female candidates are preferred.
- Fluency in English is preferred. Proficiency in Arabic is an added advantage but not required.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem solving abilities.

Compensation
- Pay: AED 3,000 AED 5,000 per month.
- Salary will be determined during the interview based on the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience.
