About the Role
Continental Middle East Properties is hiring an Operations Manager to oversee listing, marketing, and sales departments in a real estate brokerage. - Oversee and sync the daily activities of the listing, marketing, and sales departments
- Supervise CRM listing quality, ensure portal compliance, and track premium property placements
- Align marketing campaigns with sales needs and manage the distribution and quality of inbound leads
- Stay fully updated on all new project launches, developer updates, and market trends
- Act as a working supervisor who understands every detail of the real estate broker workflow
Requirements
- Minimum 3 5 years of proven operations experience in a real estate brokerage
- Deep understanding of real estate CRMs (e.g., Bitrix, Property Finder, Bayut) and lead management
- Strong knowledge of real estate digital marketing, lead generation, and sales pipelines
- Comprehensive, up to date knowledge of major developers and upcoming new project launches
- Hands on leader who knows the business inside out and can step in to support any team member

Requirements & Qualifications

Pay
- AED 10,000.00 AED 15,000.00 per month
