- Prepare and present performance reports to management
Requirements
- Minimum 3 5 years of real estate sales experience in the UAE
- Previous experience in a Sales Manager or Team Leader role
- Must hold a valid UAE Real Estate Broker License
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Proven experience in closing real estate deals
- Good knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market
- Results driven and highly motivated personality
- English is required (Arabic is an advantage)
- UAE driving license is an advantage
