- Coordinate daily operations between sales agents, marketing, and management teams
- Handle and respond to client inquiries in a professional manner
- Schedule property viewings, meetings, and internal appointments
- Maintain and update CRM records, leads, and property data
- Support the sales team with administrative and coordination tasks
- Monitor and follow up on leads to ensure timely response
- Prepare basic reports, documents, and internal communication materials
- Ensure smooth communication between departments
- Assist in improving workflow efficiency within the team
- Perform general office coordination and administrative tasks
Requirements
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Previous experience in coordination, administration, or real estate is preferred
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel – Word – Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Immediate availability is an advantage
- Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred
- Previous experience in real estate brokerage is an advantage

Salary Details
- Basic salary: AED 2,000 per month with 10% commission on each closed deal
