- Stay up to date with Dubai real estate market trends
- Coordinate with developers and internal teams when required
Requirements
- Fluent in both Arabic and English (mandatory)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Professional, ambitious, and goal oriented personality
- Ability to work in a target driven environment
- Real estate experience is preferred
- Knowledge of the Dubai property market is an advantage
- Familiarity with CRM systems and social media platforms is a plus
- UAE driving license is preferred
- Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred

- Rose Island Real Estate is a growing real estate brokerage company based in Dubai, specializing in premium real estate services and investment opportunities across the UAE.
- We are looking to attract motivated and ambitious Real Estate Brokers to join our expanding team.

Salary & Benefits
- Basic salary of AED 2,000 + 30% commission on closed deals during the first month.
- After the first month, the role becomes commission based only.
